Regional Planning Offsets (Queensland)

Queensland local government authorities are also implementing their own local offset policies in the planning process in addition to the state government policies, such as the South East Queensland Regional Plan 2009 – 2013 and the South East Queensland Natural Resource Management Plan 2009 – 2013. As the plans have only recently been released, the details of the new ‘offset’ programs are not yet known.
